At the Neil Huffman Automotive Group, we are shifting gears and driving change in automotive.

In 2007, Kim Huffman made the move from a "stay at home mom" to a "Managing Partner" after the sudden death of her father, Neil Huffman. His shoes were incredibly large to fill.

Gaining experience through training at the prestigious NADA Dealer Academy, and with encouragement from a female industry colleague, the culture of the company shifted gears to focus on guest services, marketing, and dealer experience.

Today, we have a talented group of female leaders who are driving change at the Neil Huffman Auto Group and the automotive industry.
